Information we use
When you sign in, the service receives your ChatGPT account email and display name. We store your profile choices, Paint Maps, uploads, comments, reactions, follows, collections, paint inventory, reports and notification preferences.
How it is used
Account information identifies your work, protects private drafts, attributes community actions and enables moderation. Email addresses are not displayed publicly. Public profiles use a generated handle.
Uploads and public content
Published Paint Maps, profile details, comments and selected images can be viewed publicly. Drafts and personal inventory remain visible only to the signed-in account.
Your choices
You can edit or delete Paint Maps, remove comments, change notifications, download an account export or delete your account from Account controls.
Contact
Privacy or data questions can be raised through The Orc’s Head website. Reports about content should use the report control on the relevant Paint Map.
